Description
This 320 acres adjoins BLM to the north and Sabinoso Wilderness properties to the south and giving hunters access to over 30,000 acres. This part of the Sabinoso Wilderness would be hard for the public to access due to logistics of deep canyons and steep-sided mesas. Deer, elk, turkey, barbary sheep, bear and mountain lion are known to roam this area. Access is from private easement with no true roads to speak of. The old rock structure in the photos is from olden days of sheep/cattle grazing; cattle graze now. You will find some natural boundaries and some fence boundaries, but neighboring cattle cross and graze as the canyon washes. There are no public utilities with this being some of the most primitive country you may find in this day and age. Elevation is from 4500' - 6000' and 16 - 18" precipitation is the annual average.
